Description

ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acryl) from ROSA3D is a polymer resistant to UV radiation, moisture and heat. Immunity ASA for UV radiation makes it appropriate material for external applications, that will be intensively exposed to the sun and various weather conditions. ASA is ideal when you need efficient material that will cause less problems than ABS printing. Filament has a lower level of contraction, and the vapors produced are much less noticeable.

The softening temperature of ASA prints is higher compared to PLA and PET-G, there are no signs of deformation to a temperature of approx. 94 ° C. The unique mechanical and thermal properties of ASA along with excellent UV resistance make it the perfect material and ABS alternative for use in the automotive, maritime and external applications such as mirror housings, covers, radiator grids and sensor housings.
