ROSA-Flex 96A TPU is a versatile and beginner-friendly flexible filament, designed for users ready to explore the world of rubber – like 3D prints. Made from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane, this filament offers the perfect balance between strength and flexibility — making it ideal for producing impact-resistant and mechanically durable parts.

Despite being a flexible filament, ROSA-Flex 96A is firm enough to print on most FDM 3D printers, including those with Bowden tube setups. It requires no closed chamber and adheres easily to standard print surfaces such as glass, smooth PEI, or textured PEI. With proper settings, it delivers superior interlayer bonding, excellent first-layer adhesion, and remarkable elasticity — your prints can bend, compress, and stretch without losing shape.

What’s more, this TPU is resistant to mechanical wear, oils, and even vinegar. It maintains its shape and performance even after repeated handling or exposure to harsh environments. It’s also manufactured from materials approved for contact with food, though final product certification lies with the end user.
