PC + PTFE is a professional – grade 3D printing filament designed for demanding technical applications. By blending polycarbonate (PC) with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)—a material known for its extremely low friction coefficient — this filament achieves an exceptional combination of heat resistance, mechanical durability, and sliding performance.
It’s the go – to material when you need dimensional stability, friction reduction, and long – term strength in challenging environments. Filament is capable of operating at sustained temperatures of around 120 °C. PC+PTFE is ideal for parts exposed to heat and wear.
Thanks to its self-lubricating properties and smooth surface finish, this material is perfect for mechanical assemblies, sliding mechanisms, and precision engineering parts. It can also be post – processed (machined, sanded, or polished) to enhance appearance or fit.
