Description
🧩 PC/PBT (HT – UV – IMPACT) – Industrial – Grade Filament for Tough, Weather – Resistant Prints
PC/PBT (HT-UV-IMPACT) filament is engineered for high – performance applications where strength, UV resistance, and heat deflection are essential. Blending polycarbonate (PC) with polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) results in a durable and dimensionally stable material that offers improved printability over standard PC and PC/ABS blends.
Enhanced with impact modifiers and UV stabilizers, this filament delivers outstanding toughness, excellent weather resistance, and reliable long – term performance even in outdoor or demanding industrial environments. It features minimal warping (less than 1%), excellent bed adhesion, and smooth layer consistency — without the harsh odour associated with many industrial filaments.
Thanks to its impressive thermal resistance (up to 110°C), chemical stability, and durability, PC/PBT HT – UV- IMPACT is ideal for both functional prototyping and end-use parts exposed to extreme conditions. Whether you’re printing automotive components, electronic enclosures, or rugged mechanical parts, this filament stands up to the challenge.
⚠️ Food safety disclaimer: This material is not approved for food – contact applications.
🔄 Note: This version comes on a classic plastic spool for instant use — no masterspool required.
📦 Please be aware that spool type may vary for all filaments.

🙋♂️ FAQs
Q: Is PC/PBT more durable than PET-G or ASA/ABS?
A: Yes. It outperforms PET-G and ASA/ABS in both heat and impact resistance, making it ideal for parts under stress or in high – temperature environments.
Q: Do I need an enclosure to print PC/PBT?
A: Although enclosure is recommended, PC/PBT can print reliably on an open printer in very stable environment. Thanks to low shrinkage and great bed adhesion—making it easier to use than standard PC.
Q: Does it require a heated bed?
A: Yes, a heated bed (90 – 110°C) is recommended for optimal adhesion and to avoid warping.
Q: Can I post – process parts made with PC+PBT?
A: Absolutely. PC/PBT can be sanded, drilled, or painted just like other engineering – grade materials.
Q: Is it suitable for UV and weather exposure?
A: Yes. The added stabilizers protect it from UV degradation, making it a great outdoor – use material.
